Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or otherwise use the Service in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or libelous; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or otherwise use the Service in a manner that is hateful or discriminatory against any individual or group on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or disability, or promotes physical harm or injury against any individual or group; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or otherwise use the Service in a manner that is harmful to minors in any way;
2. impersonate any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your identity or affiliation with another person or entity;
3. stalk or harass another person or entity;
4. employ misleading email addresses, forged headers, or other manipulated identifiers;
5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or otherwise use the Service in a manner that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or otherwise use the Service in a manner that is invasive to another's privacy or includes personal or identifying information about another person, without that person's explicit consent;
7. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or otherwise use the Service in a manner that violates, intentionally or unintentionally, the rules of the Federal Election Commission or any other applicable federal, state, or local laws, or to promote or provide instructional materials about illegal activities;
8. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of commercial solicitation;
9. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
10. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or use the Service to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or servers or networks connected to the Service;
11. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content or use the Service to collect or store personal data about other users for commercial purposes or engage in commercial activities, without the Committee's prior approval. Any use of the Service that is in violation of the above will be subject to immediate removal and user/account suspension or termination, at the sole discretion of the Committee.

User further agrees to notify J.R. for Kansas, Inc. of any violations of these terms.

Due to the reliance on donations to fund the ongoing operations of the campaign, contributions to the campaign are not refundable. This policy is on file with all credit card issuers accepted on this site.

User agrees that contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.

J.R. for Kansas, Inc. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, limit or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that J.R. for Kansas, Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
