Claeys Reports Over $285,000 On Hand For August Primary

Salina, Kans. -- J.R. Claeys, Republican candidate for Kansas Secretary of State, today reported over $285,000 on hand for the August primary contest.
"I am committed to this campaign and will continue to travel the state extensively and raise the funds necessary to win this race in the primary and general election," said Claeys. "Already, people from all corners of our state have jumped aboard the campaign as they learn of my plans to prevent vote fraud and abuse, and to cut red-tape for small businesses."

Claeys is the former CEO of the National Association of Government Contractors and serves as a certified international elections observer, advising nations struggling with voter fraud.

J.R. Claeys is a fifth-generation Kansan born and raised in Salina, Kans. He is seeking the Republican nomination for Kansas Secretary of State in the primary election on August 3, 2010.
