J.R. Claeys, Republican candidate for Kansas Secretary of State, will serve as a guest judge for the Miss Wichita Scholarship Pageant at Newman University in Wichita at 7:00 at the Newman University Performance Hall.
Miss Wichita is part of the Miss Kansas Scholarship Pageant. The national organization provides over $40 million in scholarships annually.
